Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Whilst our volunteer editors will do their best to ensure our events listings are as up to date and accurate as possible; with the fast pace of how things are changing, it is inevitable that some will slip through the net. If you are planning on travelling for larger events, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly to avoid disappointment. We are putting in place new measures to give event organisers a friendly reminder to see if they wish to remove cancelled events, so we're sorry if it looks a bit bare in here :(

If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for free, professional advice.

Local Clubs

Bounceability meet at 157 Colchester Road, Colchester Road, West Bergholt, Colchester (8.9 miles)
Bounceability is something we are born with. Think about a child learning to walk. No matter how many times they might stumble and fall, they get right back up again and try again until they get it right. The trouble is that as we grow up our view of the world is shaped and fashioned by our experiences, and sometimes we become fearful of trying again. We get stuck into negative patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking and sometimes just don't know how to change. Have you got stuck or just forgotten how to be happy? Have you given up trying? Maybe you could use some Bounceability.
So whether you feel as if you are in a rut but can't figure out how to get out of it; if you have made bad choices and are struggling with the consequences of your decisions; if you have a bad habit that you want to eliminate; if you want to lose weight or stop smoking; if your nerves are getting the better of you or if something outside your control has had an impact on your life, or whatever is stopping you from living the life of your dreams, you need some Bounceability.
