Stayed for two weeks this summer in Lavenham, visited all the pubs in this time, The Cock was the worst, poor food, rude landlord and overpriced. In fact all the pubs in Lavenham where terribly overpriced expecting the tourists and guest to pay, take the 2 minute drive to Preston St Mary and go to the Six Bells, wonderful pub, food, good community spirit sadly we found it two days before we where due to leave. Just because you are in a tourist place dont overcharge, customers will vote with their feet.
